ABOUT THE ARTISTS // ANNA COLLECTA (Defected, Glitterbox) Anna is a prominent New York City-based DJ with more than a decade-long presence in the dance music scene. Renowned for her infectious beats spanning from soulful House and Disco and guaranteed to set any dance floor ablaze, she is a co-founder of Brooklyn's beloved Hot Honey Sundays, one of New York City's premier dance parties. Anna has played an instrumental role in shaping the local dance music landscape and for six years has been a pivotal member of Rollerwave NYC, contributing to some of the largest roller disco events on the east coast. On the global circuit, Anna has made a notable entrance having joined Glitterbox and Defected Records. She has graced the stage at major events and festivals across the globe, including Croatia, Malta, London, Ibiza and Brazil to name a few. In the realm of online radio, she’s made notable contributions through her residency on Defected Broadcasting House, showcasing her ability to captivate diverse audiences around the world with her electrifying sets. //DEO’JORGE Deo’Jorge is a Brazilian-born, Brooklyn-based DJ, producer, and curator behind NYC’s Hot Honey Sundays and Rio’s O/NDA. After moving to New York in 2017, Deo launched Hot Honey Sundays, initially a low-key, bring-your-own-beer event on the Greenpoint waterfront. It rapidly became one of Brooklyn’s favorite dance gatherings, attracting both legendary artists and emerging local talent. Over the past five years, Hot Honey Sundays has filled iconic venues including Knockdown Center, Brooklyn Mirage, and Elsewhere, returning now to Greenpoint in partnership with BK Backyard to reignite the neighborhood’s creative legacy. Known for his dynamic sets, Deo effortlessly weaves together deep house, soulful grooves, Latin rhythms, and sharp electronic textures, always keeping the energy fresh and dance floors packed. His monthly residency at Dead Letter further solidifies his reputation as a tastemaker with a genuine connection to the crowd.
