À propos
Fala Nocturna is a Lisbon-based music label born from the desire to create a neutral space centered on sensory experiences. With the freedom to evolve and a curiosity to break away from the conventional, Fala Nocturna aims to captivate those in search of something unique. This upcoming event will feature both familiar faces for those who have been following our FN Podcast, as well as a debut performance for Fala Nocturna. Diogo Castro is a composer, instrumentalist, and producer whose DJ sets focus on exploring different textures, landscapes, and cultures. His sets tell surprising stories that build into broader narratives, where time, space, and musical genre become irrelevant as you journey through the elements. Neurodancer has spent years curating a blend of old and new records, combining stark, robotic rhythms with haunting melodies and vocals. Always eager to deliver a heavy dose of machine funk to dark, smoke-filled rooms, his recent performances—solo or B2B with fellow conspirator Hidden Cobra—have included support slots for DJ Assault, DJ Overdose, Silent Servant, and Annie Hall. And last but not least, Ricardo Grüssl will be joining us for the first time. A DJ and driving force in Lisbon’s scene, his eclectic sets dive into the world of outsider music, blending light and dark elements from post-punk, avant-garde, and experimental genres. On November 29th, Ricardo Grüssl, Neurodancer, and Diogo Castro will join Fala Nocturna founder and resident Philipp de Castro for an evening of sonic exploration at Arroz Estúdios. The night promises to be a journey through sound, one that defies easy categorization and embraces the unknown. Please note: Arroz Estúdios is a non-profit cultural association, and a membership is required for entry. Membership costs €3 and is valid for one year. It is not included in the ticket price.
