On October 4, German artist Parra for Cuva and Nuno Cruz bring melodic grooves and cinematic rhythms to the Cabedelo horizon. Then, on October 18, Brazilian legend Gui Boratto joins Nuno Cruz for a special bonus edition, celebrating music and the Atlantic breeze in true FeelViana style. One ticket grants free access to both nights. Gui Boratto’s impact on the rise of Brazilian electronic music is undeniable. Born in São Paulo, he began his career in the ’90s as a producer, audio engineer, and multi-instrumentalist, collaborating with renowned artists across multiple genres. But his creative drive soon pushed him to step out from behind the console and create his own sound. His breakthrough came in 2007 with the release of the critically acclaimed Chromophobia, named “Album of the Month” by Mixmag, on Germany’s iconic Kompakt label. This release marked the start of a long-standing collaboration with Kompakt and cemented Boratto as one of the most distinctive and influential voices in global electronic music. Boratto has reimagined tracks for artists such as Massive Attack, Pet Shop Boys, Goldfrapp, Moby, London Grammar, Morcheeba, Rita Lee, and Paul Simon. His 2021 collaboration with Vintage Culture on The Prey fused analog warmth with irresistible dancefloor energy, earning critical and audience acclaim. His influence spans continents, with innovative live performances at legendary venues like Space (Ibiza), Fabric (London), and Warung Beach Club (Brazil), and appearances at iconic festivals including Coachella, Time Warp, Tomorrowland, Montreux Jazz Festival, and Rock in Rio.
