Description
New Diamond hands fee body harness & bamboo suspension & transition will be taught for 4 hours by Hajime Kinoko and Marie Sauvage.
Please bring 1 Bamboo: length 190cm~200cm thickness 3cm~3.5cm
If you don not have bamboo, the workshop can be done without or email info@meanredproductions.com and we can assist you with getting bamboo.
Please bring 4 carabiners.
All level students can participate.
For beginner (without suspension experience)- only body harness.
For intermediate (you have suspension experience)- you will learn suspension.
For advance- You will learn the transition.
