Description

“TIRÉSIAS” is the name given to Marianne debut album released in his own name, which will be available on digital platforms on 2 December 2022 and presented on 1 December 2022 at Factory Lisbon. Marianne 3.0, arises from the urgency of affirming the being he represents, addressing the exponent of gender identity. The songs report a livingness/ experience of simply being, in a single text divided by several songs and scores, representing the process of imminence for the release of Marianne’s body in society, through music, visuals, installation and performance, which complete this new chapter in his process, are “the cry” for this need. In music, it aims to find its own musical identity, focusing on the concepts of improvisation and performance in the contents it presents. Visual performance is always present in his performances, creating a sense of immersion among the audience through the music he presents. This visual/musical union for Marianne is fundamental, since it transmits a message directly to the public, not only with his texts but with the aesthetics it aims to achieve. But won’t do it alone, on 1st December 2022 Marianne will join emerging artists in the national and international queer scene such as: Marco Maiato (Visual artist, Mix Media, Graphic designer, ANG) Carolina Ardente (Visual artist, PT), Nico Tyna (Visual artist, BR), Ndr0n (Sound design, PT) for a full imminence experience of his own world. Dj sets from Oseias and StranaCorpus collective (CH) gonna fulfill the journey. Line-Up: DOORS OPEN at 8 pm Oseias 9 pm StranaCorpus 10 pm Marianne3.0 11 pm
