A gentle Sunday yoga practice to release stress out of your body & enjoy your weekend fresh and relaxed. We will be doing a lot of stretches to unwind but also some soft muscle activation to then drop into a light-hearted relaxation. All levels are welcome and also those who have never practiced before.
