Indoor season is upon us, and as usually we are carefully curating a night for you with all the best elements of amazing music experiences: immediecy, intimacy and crispy sound. We have specially picked out artists who's music showcases brilliantly beyond the raves and club scene, and who's performances you deserve to experience up close in an intimate setting, with nice sound amongst other dedicated music lovers and dancers. ____Essential info____ Short wrap up of important information. You can read the developed informaiton below. -This edition of ØVSA Live we have Ninze and Slægi coming by to play a live set each. -For spinning some delicate records we have invited Ken Kuusk who will share tunes with us from his selection of Leftfield House. -We'll be gathering at "ikke_aaben" at Prøvestensbroen #9 a cute, new little venue in town -Doors open at 7 pm / Doors close at 8 pm. Total timeframe for the event is 7 pm - 01 am 💌 Tickets are only available for purchasing online ____About the artists____ Ninze (live) --- Over the past 10 years, Leipzig-based DJ and producer Ninze has established a significant and slow style of mellow and dreamy deep house. In addition to his solo performances, he gained international recognition with his live collaborations such as Ninze & Okaxy and Wide Awake, creating the subgenre "Ketapop". After several vinyl releases with his various collaborations on Laut&Luise, his debut album "Comode 1" was released on "Feines Tier" in 2019. For his upcoming productions, it is already clear that his productions continue to evolve without leaving the typical sound. Ninze has played his live sets in all corners of the world. The musical input from several US tours, performances at festivals like Fusion or Africa-Burn and in the clubs of Sao Paulo, Beirut, Tbilisi and of course Berlin can also be clearly heard in his special live performances and productions. We are incredibly excited to have Ninze inviting us in to his dreamy universe! You can check out his sound here: https://soundcloud.com/ninze/ninze-live-set-2022 Slægi (live) --- Norwegian based sound collector and Ableton nerd, Slægi, has a versatile sound where genres like folk, jazz and funk blends nicely with house and downtempo. He's been DJ'ing since 2014 and have been well around both Oslo, Stockholm and Berlin over the years. He has a variety of incredible podcasts online both ambient and house, and what you will experience in Copenhagen is his brand new live set of mid-tempo dance music. We are really happy to have the oppertunity to be amongst the first ones to experience his live set! His sets are both groovy and eclectic where the focus is on the music rather than the persona. During last several years, he’s been playing across Europe while being part of many different music communities and movements. Music-wise you can expect sugarless variety. It's such a treat getting an insight in his sound selections, and we're thrilled to have him choose something speciel for us for this evening!
