We love dancing, we love gathering with friends - current and new ones, we love electronic live acts - and we love our weekends, too. That's why we're combining aaaaaaaall these things into one awesome event - we're starting early and ending before the morning sun is rising again. In this way we can enjoy all the good stuff, and still enjoy the rest of our weekend, too. To give you a slight idea of why, we have tailored some small teasers for ya: Planet Caravan *Live: We are absolutely thrilled to have Planet Caravan visiting! Many of you may already be familiar with him and his incredible music - you might even have heard his eclectic and exciting DJ set at Karrusel Festival 2024. Hailing from the beautiful city of Zurich, Nils is a maestro straddling the realms of Downtempo, Electronica, and Slow House. In this sonic journey, he crafts a unique sound that beautifully blends the best of these musical genres, all while showcasing an unmistakable passion for synthesizers of every kind. What truly sets Planet Caravan apart is his ability to channel his music into electrifying live sets, adding an extra layer of artistry to his sound. If you were mesmerized by his DJ set at Karrusel Fesival just wait until you hear him live! Jakob DeWittig *Live: Since the beginning of making these special live events it's been a desire to invite our local legend Jakob de Wittig to play. It's finally time! Jakob is a Copenhagen-based producer and musicologist with more than 20 years of experience with electronic music production. Known as a talented producer and virtuous pianist he has worked with numerous artists in all sorts of genres and is now an established live act combining technical know-how with solid musical craftmanship. On this evening you're gonna be taken through a hard pumping house groove, and his energic sets always bring the best out of a crowd. We dare to say that it will be a musically outstanding performance, and whether you've heard him before or not, you are absolutely in for a treat! To warm you up and wrap you up we have two excellet DJ’s from Overtone Sound Collective taking care of you: Yoon *DJ: Expect a fun and informal atmosphere when YOON takes over the decks and shares her track selection consisting of a lot of base a lot of spice and a lot of cheekiness. She plays a variety of energetic house, trance and techno that will take you on a journey away from cozy toe-wiggle to oh-shit-did-i-really-dance-like-that-yesterday. Pelzman *DJ: Pelzman’s music strikes a balance between introspection and release. At its core, his music brings together soulful synths, rhythmic house grooves , and melodies that sway between sadness and light. His approach to samples is key to his sound. He uses them as instruments, pulling most often from global influences and unlikely sources to create contrast with electronic sounds, resulting in something both personal and unique. The result is music that stirs the imagination, resonates emotionally, and moves the body—all at once.
