We’ve got Pride programming every weekend of June and for our second one, we’ve got something extra hot. To headline this Sunday afternoon extravaganza we’ve invited a house legend, a Queen Mother, who has touched more iconic tracks and moments in house history than most, for a live set: Barbara Tucker. She’s a powerhouse with a CV longer than your CVS receipts: the voice behind some of the most iconic house heaters–such as Deep Inside, Beautiful People, I Get Lifted, Deep Inside, Stop Playing with My Mind–founder of The BCREW, choreographer for Shannon, C&C Music Factory, Soul System (among MANY), produced and sang back up vocals for David Guetta, Moby, Pet Shop Boys, Wylcef Jean (and way more), held residencies in Ibiza and performed the world over, and just about anything else you can think of. Not sure there is any reason to be missing this set. To support this legend we filled out a line up with pillars of the NYC queer dance community. We have one half of the legendary Carry Nation, Nita Aviance, who brings high-octane spirit, razor sharp selections, and the energy that has made her so integral to this city’s soul. Then it’s rave-ready DJ Miss Parker who fearlessly genre-hops across trance, techno, acid, and hardstyle, Bunker-affiliate Justin Cudmore with layers of acid flashes and raw, low-end muscle, and rising force of NYC’s underground Donofrio who moves with decisive fluidity across house, techno, and trance. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all, we ask that you respect our house code of conduct: no phones on the dance floor and zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or hate. Signal reserves the right to deny entry to any person. If you are denied entry as a ticket holder, you will receive a refund the following Monday.
