DAY 2 Luke Slater b2b Akua: Widely considered one of the pioneers of British techno, Luke Slater’s sound over the years has remained potently percussive, cutting edge, and deeply psychedelic. Arising from the UK’s acid house scene in the late 80s, Luke began releasing techno music, expanding on the sounds of Detroit. Akua is a gem in the new generation of techno artists. Arising as a standout of New York City’s robust techno scene, she is known, now globally, for her punchy, raw style that adeptly balances old school traditions and contemporary sonic landscapes. Going back to back with Luke Slater, Akua’s prowess puts these two toe to toe, bringing us nothing but timeless, hypnotic machine funk. Max Watts and Julien P (Live): In recent years, Max Watts has emerged as a torchbearer in the techno world. Since locating to Detroit and expanding his imprint, Limited Network, Max has become a contemporary of luminaries such as Underground Resistance cofounder Mike Banks. More recently, his collaborative project with Brooklyn-based artist, musician, and hardware expert Julien P has taken shape as a live analog performance, driven by tight body-jacking drum machine grooves and snappy synth licks. True to the spirit of Midwestern electronics, their sound is rooted in tradition but peering far into the future, making waves across the global scene. DAIYAH: DAIYAH has emerged in the New York City underground as a prominent rising talent. Known for her distinctive sensibility for bold and out-of-the box selections, she often brings out new sonic dimensions throughout her sets. Both in her work as a producer and DJ, DAIYAH leans towards a drivingly rhythmic sound, weaving different textures in and out to create an ebb and flow of intensity. RATONC1TO: RATONC1T0 known as Derek Lopez is a NYC based DJ. A new and fresh promoter, Derek has organized parties across Brooklyn such as the recurring ‘Noise Control’ series at Bossa Nova Civic Club, RATONC1T0 has created nights full of intensity, inspiring sets, and movement. Gravitating towards Electro and Techno, RATONC1T0's sets take dancers on a fast paced journey while igniting the dance floor. Juana: A formidable force in contemporary techno, Juana has steadily carved out her place as one of the most compelling artists to emerge from the Washington, D.C. underground. Her sound is defined by its searing precision—threading together rapid-fire percussion, acidic tension, and hypnotic momentum. Known for sets that balance ferocity with deep technical control, Juana channels the raw energy of classic Midwestern and East Coast traditions while pushing them into sharper, more futuristic territory. Whether commanding intimate rooms or massive systems, she crafts atmospheres that feel both urgent and transcendental, making her a standout across the global techno circuit.
