Shed performs live at Signal on October 16. René Pawlowitz has spent nearly two decades developing one of techno’s most distinctive catalogues, recording as Shed as well as Head High, WK7, Wax and The Traveller. His early albums for Ostgut Ton established him internationally, while his many aliases have allowed him to move between techno, breakbeat, hardcore and jungle. In 2026, he returned with Rave Echoes on Dekmantel. Los Angeles producer 1morning joins with a fast, stripped-back approach informed by late ’90s and early-2000s techno. New York’s LYDO, a BASEMENT resident and founder of X-TRA.SERVICES, brings a practice spanning techno, experimental music and sound art, with appearances from Berlin Atonal to MoMA PS1.
