esoe bio: A techno & house DJ, Designer for Global Swing and Something For Your Mind, representing the midwest in full effect. He specializes in weaving together the fabric of dance music history within his sets. Everything from slammin Chicago House to the deeper outer limits of Berlin Dub Techno, early 90s UK Bleep, screamin NYC Dance anthems, and much much more. -- Jules, a native New Yorker, has been a fixture in the city's underground dance scene for over a decade. Formerly a buyer at the renowned record shop Halcyon (RIP), Jules boasts an extensive collection of records bound to no genre but all tied together by a common thread of groove. His roaming party series GIRI takes place at underground locations across NYC, featuring a wide ranging mix of talented DJs that illustrate bass, rhythm, and groove in all of its forms. He's currently in the process of launching an invite-only DIY space called TRACE, designed to host local DJs and their traveling friends in an intimate+safe setting, featuring a custom soundsystem hand built by Jules himself, promising a truly unique space for you to express yourself in. -- ALIKHAN Pakistani-American DJ and drummer from Houston, Texas, now based in Brooklyn, NY. Focused on Dance, Breaks, and World sounds, his mostly vinyl repertoire holds dynamic rhythms sure to move the dance floor. -- Valentin Lamar Jersey-born, Brooklyn-based DJ/Producer.
