Tala Gallery Opening Reception

New at Sterling! We are teaming up with Tala Chicago to present to you a rotating gallery for your enjoyment! This new installation features the works of Kendall Hill (@ddolllsss)& Jairo Granadas-Cardenas (@jaigrnds)! Opening reception for this new exhibit is this Friday, June 27! Plan to join us! Event is FREE. We’ll start with an artist panel discussion at 6:15p and continue with drinks & music till 8! Come hang! Gallery will continue to display through summer! About our Artists: Kendall Hill is a photographer, writer, and events curator from Chicago, IL. His work focuses on youth, intimacy, and the moments between the present and the next. He has been featured in a slew of prominent Chicago & International exhibitions, collections, publications, and residencies since his appearance on the Chicago arts scene in 2017 - having his first show with prominent Chicago painter, at Congruent Space Gallery. Jairo Granados-Cardenas draws inspiration from the bustling urban landscape and the diverse tapestry of people that populate the city. His work is a testament to his intuitive response to human actions and gestures, a skill that has become instrumental in capturing moments of cultural intimacy and visual surrealism. Each photograph tells a story, weaving together the threads of daily life with an artistic vision that invites viewers to engage with the complexities of the human experience.
