Charlie Jordan and James Fitz-Gibbon make up the London-based duo TMPLE. Both shared an early passion for music—James became a Grade 8 pianist, while Charlie was building his own home studio as a teenager. After years of honing their craft in the studio and developing their signature sound, James and Charlie formed TMPLE. The duo first gained attention with two early features on Hot Since 82’s album Recovery. Since then, they have released music on respected labels including Crosstown Rebels (Damian Lazarus), One Tribe (Amémé), Moon Harbour Recordings (Matthias Tanzmann), and Circus Recordings (Yousef). Their work has earned support from major DJs such as Jamie Jones, Bedouin, Pete Tong, Seth Troxler, Amémé, Keinemusik, and Made By Pete, among others.
