Underground is the freedom to be and not to appear. reject the machine and embrace authenticity. B:U! Headliner is the people to the people by the people. the individuals behind this movement/ideology seek NO fame,power or financial gains from this, but rather glorifying and preserving the culture that gave a space for opressed people to get together again few decades prior.
