About The Event: Puerto Rico is currently facing a devastating water and energy crisis. Power grid failures and lack of clean water infrastructure have left thousands of families vulnerable. Brooklyn Solidarity is coming together for a rapid-response night of music, community, and mutual aid to get immediate, life-saving supplies to the island. We are partnering directly with the Afya Foundation (a registered 501(c)(3) organization) to fund the immediate shipment of clean water, heavy-duty batteries, solar-powered equipment, and medical supplies directly to communities in need.
