Step into our queer-af time machine and get dropped at a GAY BAR in the year WHO-KNOWS-WHEN? Each and every GAY BAR party–no matter the year you find yourself–will be a testament to the music, the looks, and the vibes of another era. Because while things may change, the love, fun, and community at the GAY BAR transcend time. For the first installment, we’re headed back to the year 1988. Devon Rex (from the Basement) will be spinning all the hits that you’d hear at the GAY BAR in 1988 including the hits and “new releases” from the likes of Madonna, Prince, Whitney Houston, Cyndi Lauper, and more. Dress the part so no one suspects you’re a time traveler. Think shoulder pads, leg warmers, short shorts, and neon. Keep an eye out for the official lookbook drop for inspiration.
