Whats Up Masisi Family, We are so excited to be reactivating a branch off of the Masisi tree! We present to you Club Sinema!!! What’s Club Sinema you ask? A: Club Sinema is our take on a Film club where the music as well as Cinema play just as equal roll to our viewing audience sensory pleasure. Literally puting the Club in Cinema club or should I say in Club Sinema      ( The Haitian Way) What you can Expect from Masisi: Club Sinema? A: Well this is a Fubu project! We will be screening and sharing films that are for us and by us! Who is the us in Fubu?    A: Niggas. Films made by Black queer niggas, films made by Caribbean niggas, films made by Lesbian and Gay niggas, Films made by Florida Niggas. This is space we created to engage in the cinematic arts to engage in films that challenge the colonial lense by creating reflections of us, not examining us. Can you catch it?! So come out and support you local Black queer cinephile club by donating $10- $30 at sliding scale based system. All proceeds go to up keep at masisi radio and future events!
