Mødular X Fvtvr: Amotik, Deano, Jed, Olivia Mendez

On 08 August 2026, Cape Town's Modular and Paris-based FVTVR come together for a special resident-led collaboration. Curated by Modular residents Deano and Jed, who have each held a residency at the club for almost a decade, the project brings together two independent spaces united by a shared commitment to forward-thinking electronic music and contemporary club culture. Since opening in 2017, Modular has established itself as one of South Africa's leading underground clubs, known for its intimate three-room venue, uncompromising programming, and dedication to cultivating local and international talent. Across the continent, FVTVR has become a key fixture within Paris' electronic music landscape, championing adventurous club music while hosting some of the world's most respected artists and labels. The collaboration marks a cultural exchange between Cape Town and Paris, presenting a programme that reflects the ethos of both institutions. Joining the Modular residents are Berlin-based techno innovator Amotik and Paris' Olivia Mendez, whose hypnotic, driving sound has made her one of the city's defining contemporary selectors.
