This ticket grants its holder temporary membership to Ox3 Creative Hub for the duration of the event that is correlated with the ticket.  This is a safe space for all, treat each other with love and respect. If you cannot abide, you shall be asked to leave. Consent is MANDATORY. Ask before you interact. This Limited Liability Waiver and Release Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the event organizers ("Organizers") and the undersigned event attendee ("Attendee"). By attending this event, the Attendee agrees to the following terms and conditions: Assumption of Risk The Attendee acknowledges and understands that attending this event may involve certain risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen hazards. The Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending the event. Release of Liability The Attendee hereby waives, releases, and discharges the Organizers, venue owners, event staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Attendee's participation in the event, including injuries, losses, or damages incurred before, during, or after the event. Removal from Premises The Attendee acknowledges that the Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the event premises at their sole discretion, including but not limited to instances of disorderly conduct, violation of event rules, or any behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe. The Attendee waives any claim against the Organizers related to such removal. Indemnification The Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers, venue owners, and affiliated parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from the Attendee’s actions, negligence, or participation in the event. Medical Treatment In the event of injury or medical emergency, the Attendee consents to receiving medical treatment as deemed necessary by emergency personnel. The Attendee releases the Organizers from any liability related to such medical treatment. Acknowledgment of Understanding The Attendee acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understand its terms, and agree to be bound by them. The Attendee understands that by attending the event, they are waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue the Organizers.”
