Quee(r)n Moustache: Pride (True Colors) In our house, our true colors are meant to shine all around the world, all year long, despite the challenges one might face: family, religion, society. But we also feel there is a duty in celebrating past figures who paved the path for us to be together in this month and everyday: Marsha P. Johnson, Harvey Milk, Sylvester, Bayard Rustin, Oscar Wilde, Stormé Delaverie, António Variações, Frankie Knuckles, Jean Wyllys, Larry Kramer, Phyllis Lyon, and so many more. When she isn’t throwing free-access street parties (because community first!) Vicky mixes jams blending disco do Brasil, tropical suave and pumpin’ beating house music. Tropicana is not only the name of their party series, but is also a label and it strongly feels just like your best summer cocktail while looking at the setting sun. Mah Mood, join us all the way from Haifa. A defender of queerness and old school house music in his community - Mah Mood greets us with irresistible rhythm! DJ and founder of Kabreet and Makhluta - a monthly night where queer joy is celebrated, it only made sense to gather our forces for creating more magic in our reality, a space where each and everyone can co-exist under a magnificent disco ball. AZM & Kemetic keeping up until the early warm rays of the day: pumpin', prancin', dancin', cruisin', slayin'.... And because our queer joy wouldn’t be the same without Mary Poppers and Tandy 3000, we decided to call back those witches. 1+1=2. Or 3. Or 4. Who knows.
