RUN & RESET SUNDAY An event designed to unite people and movement. We’ll start this Sunday with a 5‑km social run, followed by coffee mingling, then a restorative Pilates session. The day will end with groovy music by AVI. NOW Society curates movement, mindfulness, and social gatherings across the city. Their events, which range from reformer Pilates and urban day retreats to surf sessions, aim to build authentic, health-focused community connections locally.
