Shotgun Mad Radio Takeover

On July 16th, two communities shaping the future of music culture come together for a special night in Brooklyn.

For the first time ever, Shotgun joins forces with Mad Radio for the beginning of a new series of curated experiences in New York City, intimate gatherings built around discovery, connection, and forward-thinking electronic music.

Taking over the venue across two distinct sonic journeys, the night brings together an exceptional lineup of artists pushing boundaries across house, live instrumentation, and underground electronic music.

In the Mad Records Lab, expect vinyl sets with a deep musical exploration featuring Nhii, the globally celebrated producer known for his hypnotic and emotionally charged soundscapes, alongside Mike Terra, whose refined selections continue to make waves across the underground circuit.

The room will also host a very special live performance by Greg Paulus, acclaimed trumpeter, producer, and founder of No Regular Play, bringing his quartet to deliver a rare fusion of live jazz instrumentation and electronic music, creating one of the night’s most unique moments.

Meanwhile in the Main Room, the energy rises with Gab Rhome, one of the most respected names in melodic and organic house, joined by the ever-versatile Axel Bayo, who has released some music on Maccabi House.

Closing the night, Shotgun’s own takeover continues with a special back-to-back set from Mashrik, an NYC based music producer who has toured globally and played with acclaimed artists, founder of Kuna and Zoe Vi, who co-runs Chetana events, celebrating the launch of what marks the first chapter of many future community-driven experiences to come.
