For the first edition of Transmute - Denver’s newest underground party series - we're thrilled to have Maude Vôs joining us from LA. A collaboration with Sorted felt just right for this one, we can't wait to converge in the dance with you! On support are Transmute residents Bratches and Frick (special b2b set) and Sorted resident newnumbertwo. Transmute is a place to shed, evolve, sweat, live, alchemize and transform raw substance into something new. We value and welcome all identities and are keen on uplifting new & distinct voices in the sphere of forward-thinking bass music, techno, hybrid and cross-genre forms. We're tuned in to artists who do things a little differently and who have honed an original perspective. We honor safe spaces, and have zero tolerance for disrespect of any kind. Maude has several notable releases and remixes to their credit, including releases on Yuku, Scuffed Recordings, Hotflush and Science Cult. Maude’s sets and productions swirl with airy vocals, metallic textures & rigid grooves. Vôs appears in the book Patch and Tweak with Korg (Bjooks, 2022), was recently named an artist to watch by DJ Mag, and has been featured by Spin, Perfect Circuit, Output and Beatportal. In addition, they have produced for vocalists, film shorts, art galleries and fashion shows. With dual degrees(Media Music & Recording Technology), Maude is active in sharing their craft, hosting workshops on Ableton, sound design and synthesis within their community, as well as teaching audio production to young women and at-risk youth for non-profits. As founder of Delusional Records(nominated by DJMag for best breakthrough label in 2023), Maude is dedicated to uplifting LGBTQ, FLINTA, BIPOC & API artists within the realm of electronica.
