useless seconds is back in town! After a bunch of heart-warming events in Berlin, Lyon, Lisbon and Strasbourg, we are super pleased to launch our Paris residency in the place where we had our first event ever: La Machine du Moulin Rouge. Investing La Chaufferie for a couple of dates to come, we feel like bringing the club spirit we love and we experienced in this unmissable place. For this first night, we’re thrilled to host Sepehr’s first-ever live performance in Paris. We saw him ignite the dancefloor at pe:rsona this summer, and he also blew up Dekmantel with the same mutant energy. The Iranian-American artist known for twisting dance music codes into strange and beautiful hybrids. His sound moves between enchanted steppers, psychedelic-not-boring techno and freaky jakbeat. A true shapeshifter — on stage and on record. We also invite the local heroes who stunned us at Dans an Diaoul last summer: Maco Maria & Louison. Louison (A-One Paris) brings a curious, wide-open approach to club and non-club music alike, while Maco Maria (Chat Noir, KMA60) navigates darker, melancholic and deeply textured selections. Together, a magnetic duo forged in record shops, intimate clubs and sunlit day parties. And of course: a useless seconds set — ever-changing, never announced, always low-end, always psychedelic. We hope to see many of you for the first night of our residency. We can already picture the bouillon it’s going to be.
