Join us for the 2'nd Sunday afternoon delight of well-being and togetherness in Lisbon. We’ll gather SUN 8.2, at the cozy “a-sala wellness hub” (right in front of the Parliament) from 1pm - 5pm for an afternoon of Yoga, "how to switch your kitchen to a home pharmacy" workshop, and finish with a meditative dj set: lie down, close your eyes and let the music do it's healing. In the crew we have: Noam A yoga & meditation teacher since 2013, infused with years of Chi Gong practice, mindfulness, Zen Buddhism, sports & movement. Also a DJ for the past 15 years, he brings with eclectic selection for a sort of sound healing session, just with tunes! We got mats, blankets, eye covers & one big JBL speaker for your delights and bass therapy. Isabella A naturopath, a seeker, belly dancer teacher, who also holds years of experience as an events organizer, restaurant & bar manager. Loves ppl & cats. It is the foundation of most modern yoga styles. * Home Pharmacy workshop: How to use your cinnamon in a healing aspect, same for ginger, curcuma, garlic, herbs - all the great stuff we have at home, now presented as therapeutic medicines. * Meditative Sound Journey is an 1.5hr dj set, with a meditative aspect mixing slow tunes, abstract gems & higher frequencies segments from varied sources. Music sounds better with you. A-sala wellness hub is a small studio which offers Yoga classes, Pilates, Tai Chi & space rentals for therapists & teachers. Price: 40 euros, via Cash / MBway.
