See you all there! ABOUT THE ARTISTS :: VEGA Known for crafting dynamic dance floor experiences, VEGA takes listeners on a journey that’s equal parts high-energy and deeply personal. Drawing from her rich cultural roots and vibrant upbringing in Queens, she seamlessly weaves together sounds to create an immersive adventure that feels like a ride to a world of freedom. Her sets are a safe haven for unapologetic self-expression, blending beats that empower and celebrate. mojoxojojo NYC based open-format DJ with West African roots, mojoxojojo is celebrated for her seamless blends of genres including Afrobeats, Amapiano, Hip-Hop/R&B, and soulful house remixes. She expertly mixes classic tracks with experimental sounds to create unique auditory experiences. Her mission is to evoke emotion and tell compelling stories, spreading messages of love, freedom, happiness, and peace through music. cry$cross Multi-media artist, image maker, and DJ cry$cross is a true artist embodying the breadth and depth of New York City’s DJ culture. Their music takes you to a familiar yet alien place, sonically traversing time and space. Their work explores their journey to reconnect with their native African roots and finding ways to intertwine the cultures that they grew up between. Through this, they create an entirely new world of their own, in turn, encouraging others to do the same. Being from New York herself, cry$cross is no stranger to the city’s musical history and its cultural influences. She pieces together a vivid nostalgic picture by fusing gritty NY club with techno and electronic music to create a contemporary new sound. Her sets are masterful in their execution—living confidently in the boundaries between genres, to create an infectious sound that has captivated dancefloors across the country. cry$cross aims to uphold a legacy, to honor the many artists that precede her. She aspires to evoke a sort of outerworldly experience on the dancefloor, as she pilots the spaceship to take the crowd to new heights. sola system sola system is a nigerian brooklyn based dj with a penchant for black diasporic sound raised between three continents, borders and genres aren’t boundaries when sola system weaves sonic tapestries - from global club and bad bitch rap to percussive bass and shimmery house, sola system’s goal is to make you move. sola system is driven by a desire to connect QTPOC communities through music. sola system is a co-founder of ABEG NYC, a collective by and for queer Africans, and SLICK DOWN, a collective focused on electronic music’s roots in black culture. they are also a resident on 8 Ball Radio, where they host “constellations with sola system” every 1st friday of the month. they recently started their quarterly party series HYPNOSIS.
