Time for the fifth edition of Let’s Doodle at Apollo Studio! Founder and creator of Brooklyn based label, Doodle, Jorge continues to share his passion for music with the community through the cultivation of parties and inspiring record releases. Whether you’ve been to a previous Let’s Doodle party or this is your first time, you’re in for a treat! Let’s Doodle and Apollo Studio welcome back beloved Adam Collins, a celebrated pioneer in the dance music and underground community, renowned for his innovative sound that seamlessly blends futuristic and organic elements. With music roots deeply embedded in New York, Chicago, and London, Collins has honed his craft in seminal institutions of electronic music, such as Chicago's Gramaphone and South London's Swag Records, shaping his unique musical identity. He founded Euphoria Records and Omni A.M. in Chicago, contributing to the rich tapestry of the city's electronic music legacy. When New York born and Brooklyn based artist Max Sprauer isn’t playing an event or curating his own parties, he is hard at work on his record label, Pearled Records, which has already gained respected traction both in the US and across the pond. In Max’s record bag you'll find a variety of genres: house, techno, electro, and even a little trance - all of which remain cohesive and fill his sets with hypnotic grooves with intricate rhythms. California native and recent New York transplant, Corrina started collecting records just three years ago, the same time she moved to NYC, got her hands on turntables, and has been hooked on playing vinyl ever since. Her selections reflect her versatility, musical evolution, and exploration of many genres... basically anything with a nice groove and an even nicer snare. Finally, Jorge will take over the decks with his usual eclectic and well curated selection of vinyl. His selections are sure to get you out of your mind and into your body. His love for groove laden basslines and spaced-out rhythms gives you a glimpse into the mind behind the music. An absolute selector, his sets will be sure to take you on a journey.
