Audiosynthesis melts the ice in March! We are partnering with Hands Off NYC to spread awareness about the impact of ICE raids and how we protect each other as a community. Throughout the day there will be conversation and resources around knowing your rights and staying informed. The dancefloor is not separate from real life. We gather, we move, and we stay aware together. March is the month that melts what winter tried to freeze. It is not glamorous. It is wet, transitional, and necessary. Before anything blooms, there is work. That is the energy we are stepping into. Lineup for the day: DJ PF Buffalo raised and based in Brooklyn, DJ PF moves with rhythm and spins with purpose. His sets blend dance house, funk, and alternative grooves into something that hits the soul and the soles. DCG Born in New Jersey and shaped in Brooklyn, DCG brings a house focused sound layered with pop samples that connect with every dancer on the floor. A rising presence rooted in love and real connection. JIA A Brooklyn based DJ whose sound comes from the dancefloor, shaped both as a dancer and a selector, moving through dreamy and groovy selections with a playful sense of flow. LILY HAMMER Finding liberation through movement, Brooklyn based DJ Lily Hammer explores melody and groove with a focus on organic percussion and connection to the Self. The dancer is the focus of every set. SHAKAKHAN An open format DJ with roots from Tennessee to India, Jamaica, Botswana, and Atlanta. She plays to make people move, link up, and discover something new. The dancefloor is where energy becomes real. SUPER WAV Corey Hindin, a.k.a. SUPER WAV, is a Brooklyn based DJ rooted in house, breaks, garage, and IDM, weaving in unexpected sounds and moving across a wide emotional range.
