Barbossa (Sparrow & Barbossa) [Open-Air]

Among Friends Presents: Barbossa (Sparrow & Barbossa) on July 4th, an open-air journey from day to night. Barbossa is a Uruguayan DJ and producer raised amid Afro-descendant communities in Uruguay, where Candombe rhythms shaped his early musical foundation. After relocating to Europe in 2004, he immersed himself in Madrid's electronic scene before spending over a decade as a percussionist and resident DJ in Ibiza. He's best known as co-founder of Sparrow & Barbossa, the duo that launched him to international prominence, playing major stages worldwide and collaborating with top names in electronic music. Through this project and his solo work, Barbossa champions Afro Latin house, blending tribal percussion and ancestral rhythms to connect cultures through music.
