Blossom by blossom, spring begins. As nature resumes her loveliness and life bursts from the thawing grounds, we too are springing up. The third Plantasia Supper Club is an ode to the season of flower buds, dreamy skies, warming quiet mornings and sun-rayed breezes. As days get warmer and longer, BLOSSOMING sprouts with a the starry dinner in a lush secret garden. For this onetime 5 course plant based menu we are growing a garden in each plate, foraging the fields and the wilds for the earliest buds, the tenderest young leaves and the most fragrant petals of the season.
