AMBULANCE by Mohamed Jabaly (2016), documentary (1h20) A raw, first-person account of the last war in Gaza in the summer of 2014. Mohamed Jabaly, a young man from Gaza City, joins an ambulance crew as war approaches, looking for his place in a country under siege, where at times there seems to be no foreseeable future. While thousands of things are published on the recurring violence in Gaza, the stories behind them remain hidden. Since moving to Paris in 2016, Hamza has been an active member of various cultural and artistic organizations, s.he engages in cultural mediation for exhibitions and participates actively in NGOs such as “Urgence Palestine”, “Artists Against Apartheid”, (…). An AAA before from 20:00 until 00:00 with talks and a film screening to start with + an all night party to make you dance in the club from 00:00 until 06:00 𝑪𝑹𝑰𝑵𝑮𝑬𝑪𝑶𝑹𝑬 Cringecore is a Geneva-based collective fronted by Crypto Soso and Anesthesia (who also operate together as a duo under the name Transitionless). Above all a story of friendship and of love for music in all its forms, Cringecore has more than one string to its bow, organising both intimate evenings focused on musical discovery and club events. From ambient to gabber, its protagonists work to unearth local and international artists and invite them to perform in Geneva, Switzerland. As DJs, they work in diverse and converging worlds, from bass to donk, from slow trance to tribe. When they play together as Transitionless, you can expect fast, edgy music, but also more experimental and eclectic DJ sets, putting into dialogue the fruit of their joint musical research. 𝑬𝑿𝑷𝑳𝑰𝑻𝒀 𝑴𝑼𝑺𝑰𝑪 Karlfroye, Kimberlaid, Nouminouw & Talita Otović joined forces to create Explity Music, a label aiming to share with the world rigorous tracks from lullabies to hardcore sounds through contemporary hybridizations. The 1st release, The World Blurs is a compilation gathering 31 rising stars and renown artists from around the globe. They shaped a meticulous electronic musical landscape with sharp emotional tools. Among other multiple influences, the compilation brings together ambient sounds, distorted kicks, crystal voices, breakbeat and pop.
