Friday, Feb 6th, Dead Letter No. 9 opens wide for a no-cover night built for movement, release, and showing up exactly as you are. First Fridays Free is our monthly reset: no pressure, no pretense, just music that hits and a room that moves. Holding it down in CARGO 12AM-3:30AM is Seedy J + Fernelly two core members of the notorious Beverages crew bringing their shared sensibility straight to the floor. Together they bring over a decade of combined experience to the booth. Seedy J is known for his sharp digger’s ear and high-energy sets that blend chuggy deep house, Balearic cuts, and off-kilter disco edits. Fernelly, LA-raised and Berlin-shaped, adds a fluid, rhythmic approach informed by years of live performance and production, always playing in conversation with the room. Together, their chemistry has powered standout Beverages parties including takeovers at Knockdown Ruins delivering long, locked-in stretches of music built for real movement and real connection. Harim opens CARGO from 10PM–12AM. He's a familiar face behind the decks at Le Bain, Elsewhere, and Nightmoves. He has also toured extensively across South Korea.. Expect smooth blends, Balearic-leaning warmth, and a steady lift that gets the floor moving well before midnight. In the Foyer welcome Bea Trinidad and Suasimodo 9PM-3AM Bea Trinidad is a NYC-born Filipina DJ, vinyl selector, and early producer whose genre-fluid sets orbit house music while pulling from soul, R&B, hip-hop, and global club sounds — from Detroit techno and Chicago house to baile funk, amapiano, and jersey club. Classically trained on piano and shaped by rave culture, her style is rhythmic, percussive, and euphoric, with a deep love for ’90s–early 2000s New York and Chicago house. A monthly resident on Half Moon Radio, Bea has played across NYC at Elsewhere, Mood Ring, and Jupiter Disco, with international dates in Germany, Spain, Italy, and Indonesia, plus brand collaborations with the US Open, YouTube, Dazed, and Free People. Alongside her, Suasimodo, crate-digging freak and host of KISSA MODE, brings a collector’s ear to the club, threading tech house cuts and deep, minimal grooves into focused, hi-fidelity journeys. His ethos is simple: the purest dancefloors emerge when a dedicated selector and a great sound system meet for one long, intentional night.
