About the Artists:
Axel Boman:
Axel is in fact the Swedish word for shoulder, but born and bred Stockholmer Mr. Boman could just as easily have been named Rumpa, the Swedish word for ass, since most of his life has been dedicated to moving just that body part. It was around 1992 that Axel’s ass started dragging the confused youngster into all sorts of weird situations – dodgy warehouses, blooming fields, sweaty basements – just about any place that had a nice sound system and someone pumping a fat bassline through it.
Axel helped found the esteemed record label Studio Barnhus who has releases from artists such as Elfenberg, Laurence Guy, Sofia Kourtesis, and many more. He has also released on DJ Koze's Pampa Records and records with John Talabot as Talaboman.
The last time he played in Colorado, he played as a back to back with Leon Vynehall at Red Rocks.

Aléx ho Mégas:
Stay Tuned resident Aléx ho Mégas is the house moniker of Colorado-based producer FCKDSKO. His tracks have been downloaded by DJs such as Roger Sanchez, Ame, M.A.N.D.Y, and Agoria, among many others.
Aléx ho Mégas' sound lives in juxtaposition - where the gridded discipline of house music and breaks collide with reverb-laden walls of sound that seemingly take on a mind of their own. This approach of sparring house music discipline with the independence of reverberant synthesis leaves the songs beautifully imperfect; breathing vitality into genres often considered robotic.
He's also garnered features in places like Electronic Groove, Les Yeux Orange, Moskalus, and Handpicked Music.
