DreamPlay Presents: -- Marvelito (@1marvelito) (like that records) is an innovative DJ, producer, and curator in Brooklyn night life and NYC culture at large. His approach to production is unbelievably tasteful often flipping golden moments in records creating new club music classics. His originals gleam off the page with thoughtful elegance and plunge you directly into the world he has created. He and his Like That Records family have a track record of breaking down doors for various styles; whether it be their part in the flood of Jersey Club erupting into the NYC scene or building their culture hub Mi Sabor Cafe via heavy hitting regular programming. -- Millz (@Millzdj_) (like that records) is a Gambian-American Dj hailing from Bushwick. His original push to be involved with music stemmed from his love for punk, metal, indie and math rock shows he frequented in high school. He spent the first few years of his career as a mobile Dj spinning house parties, babyshowers, and bbq’s. His love for dance / club music was sparked by hearing litefeet, Baltimore club, and Jersey club from his older cousins and later through bumping club music and dancing in high school.His love for club music is what lead him to meet and later join Like that records and transition into the club scene.You can catch him spinning a mix of genres including Jersey club, ghetto tech, batida, Jungle, and Cumbia as “El Negro Mezclador” -- FLWRSHRK (@flwrshrk) is a Jane of all trades, but most notably known for her work as a DJ and music journalist residing in the Bronx, NY. She has a unique way of seamlessly blending hip hop, club, and vogue beats and is just as passionate about telling the stories of the artists behind the various genres on her media and publishing platform, HangTime Magazine. Over the past decade she has by consistently shaking dance floors and breaking music from up and coming artists in her sets. -- SilkyBlack is a Brooklyn born DJ, Producer, Emcee and host. Channeling his Sun sign Sagittarius, Silky brings a dynamic fire to the party. Using the sounds of his roots in the Caribbean and the sounds the house diaspora, Silky brings us on a journey, linking musical genres and blending the various eras of music to make the people dance.
