Inspired by the political "Perreo Combativo" movement created by the Afro-Latinx Women & LGBTQ+ activists of Puerto Rico, Perreo Del Futuro is partnering with Floridians Protecting Freedom (FPF) to help inform Miami voters of our upcoming elections and how to protest the government's dangerous interference with our access to abortion and other reproductive health services. We recognize that all Floridians deserve the freedom to make personal medical decisions, free of government intrusion. Our citizen-led ballot initiative, the “Amendment to Limit Government Interference with Abortion,” seeks to remove politicians from these decisions by creating a constitutional amendment that explicitly blocks the implementation of laws that prohibit, delay, or restrict abortion access.
