Miami-raised, but globe-trotting Mikey Perez takes the hot seat with his big swing-heavy approach, and unmatchable ability and bridging gaps between worlds of music with delicacy. Local hero Toribio rides high on that tidal wave of sound, with a Tsunami of selections that spans pan-Latin club, raw electro, jazz, old-school funk, and the lot in between. Shutting it all down, coasting in on unrelenting joy and rhythmic power, is Detroit-born, NYC-based Rimarkable.
