Solaire & Sh00k Ones Present: Aj Christou

On Friday, November 13, Solaire & Sh00k Ones come together for their first-ever collaboration at Vera Cocina, welcoming Manchester-born DJ and producer AJ Christou to Washington, DC. Known for his signature blend of house, minimal and tech house, AJ Christou has built a reputation around groove-heavy productions, deep record digging and unpredictable sets. From an early residency at Manchester’s legendary Sankeys to dance floors across Ibiza, New York and beyond, his sound has earned support from some of the scene’s biggest names, including Jamie Jones, The Martinez Brothers, Damian Lazarus and Marco Carola. With releases across Hot Creations, Crosstown Rebels, Cuttin’ Headz and Paradise, AJ brings an unmistakably underground sound to Vera for a special night with Sh00k Ones and Solaire.
