We all have dreams that repeat — the same places, the same people, the same strange situations that show up again and again. Freud saw dreams as expressions of repressed desires. Jung believed they were messages from the psyche trying to restore balance.
In this workshop, we won’t analyze dreams or look for “correct” meanings. Instead, we’ll focus on how recurring dream symbols feel, emotionally and intuitively and translate those feelings into a collage.
The session combines a short introduction to Freudian and Jungian perspectives on dreams with a guided collage exercise, followed by a sharing round where participants reflect on the emotions behind their work.
