Our story starts with one man's lifelong love affair with music: Gordon Phillips. With over 40 years in the industry as a DJ, radio presenter, and promoter, Gordon has lived the evolution of electronic music from the inside out — spending 30 years as resident DJ, promoter, and talent curator at Mallorca's legendary BCM Superclub, and co-founding iconic brands like Mallorca & Ibiza Live.
Along the way, he booked and worked alongside nearly every major name in dance music, building genuine friendships with artists, managers, and industry legends across the globe. That reputation earned him a nickname many still use today: "a friend of the stars."
Today, Gordon brings that experience and those relationships together with three partners who share his passion, forming a collective built on trust, creativity, and decades of hands-on knowledge — ready to create the next unforgettable chapter in electronic music.
