About
FWM Entertainment is a DIY boutique record label, Publishing Company, and based out of Atlanta, Georgia, USA. The idea was sparked from the mind of producer and DJ Stefan Ringer in 2016 after several years of releasing his own original music on other labels based in the U.S. and around the world. With guidance from NDATL label boss Kai Alcé, Stefan entered into the “record business” with FWM Entertainment. From the first release FWM001: Meekside Freekside , the label quickly created its own sound and audience in the global dance music space. The name for the label came as a spark of inspiration in 2018 while Ringer was sending a text message while listening to an event promotion commercial on terrestrial radio. Over time the acronym has come to mean Freedom Within Mind, which really coincides with the personal growth of Ringer himself and the sound and purpose of the label. True freedom really starts in one’s mind.
