About
Associated with the Paris-based <a href="spotify:search:label%3A%22Record+Makers%22">Record Makers</a> label, French electro duo Acid Washed made their commercial recording debut in 2009. Comprised of Richard d'Alpert and Andrew Claristidge and based in Paris, the duo cites influences that include Chicago house and Detroit techno as well as <a href="spotify:artist:6jU2Tt13MmXYk0ZBv1KmfO">Giorgio Moroder</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:18H0sAptzdwid08XGg1Lcj">Death from Above</a>. Upon signing with <a href="spotify:search:label%3A%22Record+Makers%22">Record Makers</a>, Acid Washed made their commercial recording debut with the General Motors, Detroit, America/Snake EP in 2009. The title tracks were later featured on the duo's eponymous album debut, Acid Washed (2010).
