Sound design meets latin club dancefloor through the experience and technique of Manuel Puerta, an architect who embraces a modern idea of "plunder-techno" a collage of native rhythms from Colombia, Latin America, and the Global South, intertwined with the most traditional genres of club music. This approach has shaped him into an unpredictable artist, navigating the boundless universes of dembow, cumbia, djembe, gqom and bass music in general, while incorporating memorable melodies and textures reminiscent of soundscapes close to IDM and deconstructed club music.
