DAOX is a Moroccan DJ, producer, and curator contributing to the underground electronic scene between North Africa and Europe. Recognized for his hypnotic, groove-driven sound, he blends atmospheric techno with deep house influences rooted in Chicago and Detroit heritage, crafting immersive and emotionally charged dancefloor journeys. Born and raised in the city of Casablanca (Morocco), DAOX developed a distinctive musical identity early on, earning respect both locally and internationally. His sets are defined by tension, storytelling, and a refined sense of rhythm - subtle yet powerful, introspective yet driving. Beyond the booth, DAOX is the co-founder and artistic director of MOGA Festival, a unique boutique festival connecting global underground culture with the electronic music scenes of Morocco and Portugal (Essaouira & Costa da Caparica). Under his artistic direction, MOGA has established itself as a meeting point between international artists and regional creative communities. He has performed at renowned international festivals such as Untold Festival (Romania) and Wonderfruit Festival (Thailand), as well as in respected venues including Club der Visionaere (Berlin), Ministerium (Lisbon), Jaeger (Oslo), Savage (Hanoi), Bar Temp (Bangkok) and Rex Club (Paris), expanding his presence across Europe and Asia. Balancing groove, depth, and precision, DAOX continues to build bridges between continents - creating experiences that transcend music and connect community, culture, and atmosphere.
