Jacob Meehan is a Chicago-raised, Berlin and Los Angeles–based DJ, producer and cultural organizer rooted in over two decades of underground club culture. Known for shaping queer nightlife through projects like WHOLE Festival and Buttons, his work is grounded in a dancer’s perspective, translating lived experience into both DJ sets and recorded output. In 2026, he steps forward with a sustained series of self-released work via his Gay Groove imprint, bridging Chicago house lineage with Berlin’s late-night intensity.
