Since emerging in 2017, the impact from breaking into the music scene was insurmountable as K-Trap’s unique style & gritty realism grabbed the ears of fans worldwide. With eight mixtapes including joint-projects with Blade Brown and Headie One, made him notable for contributions to the UK rap and drill scene. So too did his masked appearance; under wraps until a shock unveiling in 2019. TRAPO has become a reckoning force as one of the most prominent artists in UK Rap. Single "WARM" is now Gold-certified in the UK and single "INTERLUDE" is now Silver-certified in the UK. These are both amongst a host of other chart-topping releases, including UK Top 10's (1 Album & 1 mixtape), UK Top 20's (2 Singles & 2 mixtapes), UK Top 40's (4 singles & 4 mixtapes). K-Trap has received critical acclaim from the likes of The Guardian, Complex, Rolling Stone, Capital XTRA alongside a 2024 cover of DAZED Magazine, and a multi page spread in Wonderland magazine, whilst His collaborators include a star-studded list of the best in contemporary UK rap and hip-hop: the likes of Headie One, Krept & Konan, D-Block Europe, Clavish Youngs Teflon and Skepta, who released a remix of track "Warm." He is a 2-time back-to-back MOBO award winner and recognised as a 2024 BRIT nominated artist.
