MAYAN (PT) is a Lisbon- and Porto-based DJ and sound artist known for hypnotic, high-impact sets that move between trancy house, groovy techno, and psychedelic textures. Her approach is driven by tension, flow, and deep dancefloor awareness, creating immersive journeys that connect body and mind. She has performed at key clubs and festivals across Europe, including Lux Lisboa, Village Underground, Ministerium, MusicBox, Arthouse Faro, RUMU Club, Golden Gate and Renate (Berlin), Le Sucre (Lyon), and Fengaros Festival(Cyprus), and opened for MEUTE at DGTL Festival and the Coliseu de Lisboa and Porto. In 2025, MAYAN released “2Gether” on Femnoise (feat. Judith Grimaud) and “Identity”, reinforcing her artistic voice between club culture and emotional depth. Alongside DJing, she is actively developing spatial audio and immersive performance formats for clubs and festivals. Radically independent, passionately driven, and deeply in love with life, MAYAN represents a new kind of artist, independent, forward-thinking, and focused on creating meaningful, embodied musical experiences.
