Motorflavio is a sonic reflection of a brutalist, unequal São Paulo. Shaped by gothic culture and by Death and Black Metal, his trajectory led him to underground DJ sets within the electroclash and rave scenes of the 2000s. His selections fuse Old School Industrial, EBM, Dark Electro and Harsh Noise, marked by mechanical textures and distorted atmospheres. A regular presence in Berlin, Brussels, Budapest and Paris for over a decade, he is a resident at the influential Tarja Preta party and founder of the Bring Back Elektro crew. He has performed at festivals and iconic dark electronic events across Brazil and Europe, and has released mixes on labels such as X-IMG, WIE EIN GOTT (Germany), Idlestates (Scotland) and Horrorshow (Poland).
