About

Skinny Macho is a mercurial figure: easy to like, harder to meet, next to impossible to pin down, difficult to define and wilfully so. Unfettered by convention, he brings an “instinct first” approach to DJing, curation and life. It has sparked a decade of off-kilter, oddly harmonious parties and pairings, usually where he was least expected. Amorphous by nature, his sound has never sat still, ricocheting between house, disco, tribal and 4x4, settling at no fixed address. The rooms tell the rest: Circoloco at DC10, fabric, New York’s Public Records, Seoul’s Cakeshop, Manchester’s Warehouse Project, and two residencies at Phonox.
