About

Smallpeople are Julius Steinhoff & Just von Ahlefeld aka Dionne. Together they are running the Smallville Record Store and - Label, located in Hamburg St. Pauli since 2006. Like the recordstore, DJ-Sets of Smallpeople are focused on a wider range of music and can be diverse- between Deep House, Detroit Techno and some Chicago flavours- but always within the balance of atmospheric warmth and club suitability. Smallpeople released on Labels like Underground Quality, Running Back, Laid and of course their own imprints Smallville & Fuck Reality. The highly anticipated debut album Salty Days came out in 2012, watch out for the follow-up sometime in 2019.
